Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring a Kids Crunch Attendant to provide a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for members' children. You will supervise, interact with various age groups, and support families with activities while ensuring policy compliance and safety.

Your role involves registration, check-in/out, effective communication with parents, and collaboration with club staff to meet member needs and schedule events or projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare, educational, recreational, or related experience preferred.
• Current Child and Infant CPR certification required or ability to obtain/maintain.
• Background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for children and parents.
• Conduct accurate child registration, check-in/out according to policies.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities: games, crafts, play.
• Provide attentive care to infants/young children including meals as directed.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and nurturing childcare environment.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize toys/equipment to uphold safety standards.
• Ensure the space is free of hazardous objects.
• Answer childcare-related phone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Communicate with parents regarding child needs, activities, concerns.
• Recommend age-appropriate toys and activities when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of club programs and services to assist members.
• Address member requests promptly or elevate to management when needed.
• Follow all policies, safety guidelines, and childcare standards.
• Assist with special projects, events, and duties as assigned by club management.
