Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Kids' Club Attendant to create a safe, engaging space for children while families work out. You will supervise activities, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with caregivers to ensure child safety.

The role requires CPR within 60 days, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills to interact with parents and staff. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• CPR certification from an approved organization (required within 60 days of employment).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to relay children's needs to coworkers and parents.
• Attention to detail across multi-step processes and compliance requirements.
• State-specific childcare certification/registration and background screening as required.
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming area for all members' children that is happy and vibrant.
• Entertain children interactively with focus on safety and well-being.
• Control entry/exit to the Kids' Club and manage check-in/out processes to protect child safety.
• Process check-in/out and match each child to their parent using the club's system.
• Keep the space, equipment, and toys organized and clean with coworkers.
• Supervise children and ensure they remain in the Kids' Club at all times.
