Genesis Health Clubs in Omaha is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to supervise and engage children within a safe, fun environment while delivering excellent customer service to families.
The role requires planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining safety and sanitation, assisting with check-in/out, light laundry, and supporting team events. Part-time hours, training, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Reports to: Kids Club Coordinator & Club Manager

I operate 100% of the time with our Purpose serving as the foundation for the decisions and actions I choose.
I assist and supervise children in the Kids Club while providing exemplary customer service to the parents and other staff.
I use Safe Space in support of effective communication and support the Team with consistent use of the tool.
My communication and that of my Team is clear, data based and without drama, using Safe Space in support of the Purpose and Values. I, and my Team, communicate clearly, openly, and with consistency. I am, we are, respectful and honest.
I Pride Walk into, out of, and around the club 100% of the time.
I engage members and the Team with a 5 Step greeting 100% of the time.
I escort members and Team to their desired location instead of pointing 100% of the time.
I actively guard against the rule of 3 100% of the time.
I am in the habit of building others up; I seek the Magic 100% of the time.
This position is compensated hourly and is part-time.
A Kids Club Attendant may instruct classes or otherwise work in a different department at Genesis Health Clubs provided:
100% of performance expectations are, and continue to be, met for the Kids Club Team member.
The work performed in the department other than Kids Club takes place outside of regularly scheduled hours for the Kids Club Attendant.
Approval to work in a department other than Kids Club has been received from the Kids Club Coordinator as well as the appropriate Department Manager.
This position requires a person be physically fit and mentally alert. There may be a need for standing, walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating - some of it constant.
This position has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress. All candidates must be prepared for and capable of adapting to such conditions.
The ability to efficiently run Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software packages used by the Company is a requirement for this position.
A positive attitude and professional behavior are expected and displayed consistently in all dealings with members and fellow Team members. This person is expected to be a role model on a daily basis as a living example of the Purpose, Mission, and Values of the Company.
The work is primarily indoors, but dependent on conditions, work outdoors may occasionally be required.
