Arcis Golf’s Kids Club at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is seeking a part-time team member to supervise and engage children in fun, educational activities. The role emphasizes safety, planning activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment for families.

Requires First Aid/CPR/AED, at least 18 years old, and availability on Fridays evenings. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervision: Ensure the safety of children and maintain a secure environment.
• Plan activities such as arts/crafts, games, reading, and singing.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean and well-maintained.
• Manage sign-in and sign-out sheets.
• Provide childcare and notify parents if needed.
• Resolve individual or group issues.
• Set up and take down supplies and space.
• Ensure a pleasant guest visit and maintain guest relations.
• Perform special projects as assigned.

Summary

Kids Club provides a supervised space designed to engage children in fun, educational and age-appropriate activities. Kids Club provides a safe environment where kids can socialize, learn and play while exploring creative projects, games, or team building exercises. Kids Club includes, dinner, arts and crafts, games and if the weather permits outside adventures.

Essential Functions

• Supervision: Ensure the safety of children and maintain a secure environment
• Organization: Plan activities, such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and singing
• Maintenance: Keep equipment and facilities clean and well-maintained
• Sign-in and sign-out: Manage the sign-in and sign-out sheets
• Childcare: Provide childcare, including paging parents if needed
• Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems.
• Set and take down of supplies and space.
• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
• Performs special projects delegated by management.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

Applicants must hold a current First Aid/CPR/AED card. Must be at least 18 years of age. Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); proven child care skills; and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new child care programs and activities, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Wages

Wages $17.50 – $19.00/Per Hour

Pay Range

This position is part-time, requiring Friday Evening availability.
