Job summary

The Jones Center is seeking a part-time Kids Club Associate to supervise children ages 3–10 while their guardians participate in activities. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment, enforce check-in/out procedures, and lead age-appropriate activities across multiple shifts including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Strong communication, patience, and reliable weekend availability are required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must complete pre-employment screening including criminal background checks.
• Current CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise children ages 3–10 and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and verify authorized adults.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and manage two-hour session limits and room capacity.
• Use positive behavior-management techniques and escalate when needed.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards and document incidents.
