Job summary

KidStrong Madison County is seeking energetic coaches to join our weekly 45-minute classes for kids from walking age to 11. Coaches will focus on cognitive, physical and character development as part of our evolving curriculum and camp schedule running weekdays 8am–3:30pm when schools are out.

Prior coaching experience with children is preferred; CPR certification is required; opportunities to run private parties and additional class hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching camps with students within the KidStrong age is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coach children on cognitive, physical and character development.
• Lead developmentally-appropriate classes and camps.
• Assist with private parties and additional coaching hours as needed.
• Engage with parents and kids to make a positive impact.
