Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport children across our educational programs in the Bucks County area. You will perform daily vehicle safety checks and follow COA safety procedures under the supervision of the School Director.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with flexibility in hours and a willingness to work with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
