Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children aged 6 months to 12 years while parents work out. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment and support families during workouts. The role requires childcare experience, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

• Proficient reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile.
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety.
• Provide consistent interaction with children.
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects.
• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction.
• Keep children calm.
• Clean and sanitize toys.
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects.
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone.
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Position Overview

We are looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

What You’ll Do

As a Kids Attendant at Crunch, you’ll provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while supporting parents during their workouts. You’ll engage kids with games and activities, ensure proper check-in/check-out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures. Your care and attention help create a positive experience for both children and their families.

You love children! You're highly accountable. You love routine and tend to gravitate to what is familiar to you-you could set a clock by some of your habits. Past coworkers would describe you as precise, accurate, and factual. When it comes to being dedicated to the tasks that are assigned to you, there is no one more single focused and attentive. Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed
