Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Kids Attendant to care for children ages 6 months to 12 years while parents work out. You will provide a safe, fun environment, assist with check-in/out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures.

You are reliable, enjoy routine, and communicate well with families. The role is at 1646 Diffley Rd, Eagan, MN. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and free gym membership; CPR certification is required or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience or babysitting is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write proficiently.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications, as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile.
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety.
• Provide consistent interaction with children.
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects.
• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction.

• Clean and sanitize toys.
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects.
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone.
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Position Overview

We are looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

What You’ll Do

As a Kids Attendant at Crunch, you’ll provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while supporting parents during their workouts. You’ll engage kids with games and activities, ensure proper check-in/check-out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures. Your care and attention help create a positive experience for both children and their families.

Required Qualifications

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

• $12.50 - $14.50
