Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children ages 6 months to 12 years while parents work out. You’ll create a safe, engaging environment, manage check-in/check-out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures.

The role requires childcare experience, strong communication, and CPR/AED certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the job includes benefits such as PTO, subsidized health insurance for full-time staff, and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Required childcare experience and/or babysitting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certifications, as local/state laws require.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile

• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety

• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction

• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards

Position Overview

We are looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

What You’ll Do:

As a Kids Attendant at Crunch, you’ll provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while supporting parents during their workouts. You’ll engage kids with games and activities, ensure proper check-in/check-out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures. Your care and attention help create a positive experience for both children and their families.
