Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Conroe, TX is hiring a Kids Attendant to care for children aged 12 months to 12 years while members work out. You’ll provide a safe, positive childcare experience and engage families with supportive, friendly service.

You’ll greet families, help with registration, supervise play, and maintain a clean, organized space. Part-time and full-time roles offered with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience or babysitting experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Service-oriented environment experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days)
• Certifications as required by local/state laws

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Register and check-out of children & parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety
• Provide consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects
• Bottle-feed babies per parental direction
• Clean and sanitize toys
• Keep work area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Answer childcare phone courteously
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Know, follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Position Overview

The kids attendant will allow our club members to comfortably enjoy their workout knowing that their child is being safely cared for. Kids attendant’s are focused on providing a positive childcare experience to Crunch members.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety
• Provide consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects
• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction
• Clean and sanitize toys
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills & Experience

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Compensation (Hourly)

$12-14/hour
