Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Kids Attendant to care for children aged 12 months to 12 years at the Pearland location. You will greet members, supervise play, assist with check-in, and ensure a safe, friendly environment while parents work out.

The role requires childcare experience, strong customer service, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to follow policies. Part-time and full-time shifts are available; benefits include PTO, health coverage, a free gym membership, and

Qualifications

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certifications, as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile

• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Position Overview

The kids attendant will allow our club members to comfortably enjoy their workout knowing that their child is being safely cared for. Kids attendant’s are focused on providing a positive childcare experience to Crunch members.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile

Required Skills & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
