Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers and help them explore baby essentials, clothing and school readiness items, while guiding them across in-store and online experiences.

You’ll execute sales at the register, restock floors, participate in promotions, and explain the loyalty program. This role offers hourly compensation between $15 and $17 per hour, with opportunities to grow and develop

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
