Job summary

Centric Brands seeks a dynamic Production Coordinator to join its team. This role drives pricing with the Production Manager, manages order placement, and oversees manufacturing orders to ensure on-time, profitable goods delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in product development or production, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency with SAP/PLM and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree and detail-oriented mindset required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product development and/or production.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and global partners/vendor networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), SAP, PLM systems a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding of product development and production processes, with a strong sense of merchandising and customer needs.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally, balancing big-picture goals with executional detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcome.

Responsibilities

• Obtain pricing with Production Manager and manage order placement.
• Execute and follow-up manufacturing orders to ensure on-time delivery of quality goods.
• Track factory WIP and production from hand-off to final deliveries; secure required approvals.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to resolve disruptions and update systems in real time.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Operations and vendors to ensure timely flow of goods.
