Job summary

XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is hiring a Child Center Team Member to engage children aged 1 to 11 in safe, fun activities within the Child Activity Center. You will greet members, organize interactive activities, and supervise play in a welcoming environment.

The role requires First Aid certification within 60 days, CPR/AED for Infant/Child and Adult, availability evenings/weekends/holidays, and completion of state or federal requirements before first day.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification required, CPR/AED certification for Infant/Child and Adult within 60 days.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities and games.
• Monitors children to maintain a safe, healthy environment.
• Maintains the Child Activity Center per cleaning checklist.
• Promotes XCAL programs, products and services.
