Job summary

Palmetto Bluff is seeking an energetic PBGO Activity Coordinator to create personalized member interactions and oversee children’s programming in a luxury resort setting on Bluffton, SC. You will plan events like Kid’s Night Outs, After School Program, CampGO, and coordinate with the PBGO Supervisor to train staff while ensuring safety and great member experiences.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience with children, and a passion for hospitality and service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience working with children requested; luxury resort/club environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve member concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the Children’s Programming department.
• Plan and execute Kid’s Night Outs, After School Program, and Toddler-Drop Off.
• Assist with planning and execution of CampGO events.
• Support PBGO Supervisor with training new Activities Attendants and Camp Counselors.
• Organize and execute special events for yearly programming.
• Design educational activities using local natural resources.
