Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, guide interactive play, and ensure a safe environment while promoting Life Time Kids programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ongoing certification requirements; the position is hourly with a start wage around the established range and benefits for staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start.
• First Aid and CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• State or federal requirements completed before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, arts, crafts, singing and games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, healthy play environment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete team evaluations and provide coaching as needed.

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children between the ages of three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

  Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with children

  Pay

  This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and pays up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
