Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking an entry-level ABA Technician in Kansas to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with a supportive clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data and helping families engage in treatment.

No experience is required; full training is provided. All positions start part-time, with opportunities for learning and growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
