Heartland ABA is hiring for entry-level ABA technicians to work in clients' homes or community locations in Kansas. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, record data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided and there are opportunities to advance. Positions begin part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexibility for students or caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
