The Patient Education Programs Educator will be instrumental in helping to drive volume of CKD participants educated to the Kidney Smart program by conducting direct education virtually, supporting core operations for the program and providing increased capacity for our field teammates across the country to increase the number of participants receiving lifechanging CKD education through Kidney Smart.

The role focuses on educating participants in the Kidney Smart program, supporting program operations, and enabling field teammates to reach more participants with CKD education.
