Job summary

Exos is seeking a Kid Care Associate to join our team at our fitness facilities in Tampa, FL. You will create a safe, engaging environment for children and build positive relationships with families. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, welcoming space, supporting age-appropriate activities, and collaborating with staff to deliver quality care.

CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required. If you enjoy working with children and delivering excellent customer service, this in-person role

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required; CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Must be in person and have infant, child & adult Superior customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children.
• Basic understanding of the MS Office suite.
