Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Kid Care Associate to help create a safe, engaging environment for children while supporting families.

In this in-person role, you will foster age-appropriate learning, provide excellent customer service, maintain a neat appearance, and work with teammates to reach shared goals.

CPR/AED/First Aid certification is preferred; strong communication and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with children are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required.
• Must be in person and have infant, child & adult superior customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children.
• Basic understanding of the MS Office suite.
