Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Honolulu, HI is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver top-quality work. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across services and support guest experiences on site.

Responsibilities include oil and fluid checks, tire pressure, documenting work, and maintaining a clean, safe service center while mentoring newer technicians. Flexibility for weekends and varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality).
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Check oil level, tire pressure and fluid levels; inspect and refill as needed.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues.
• Mentor junior technicians and adhere to safety and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
