Qualifications

• Ability to prepare statements of work and solicitation documents.
• Familiarity with DAWIA requirements and certification process for contracting.
• Demonstrated experience in applying competencies for defense contracting and program management.

Responsibilities

• Support management on all aspects of contract management throughout the life cycle.
• Plan, develop, and establish procurement plans and strategies for acquisitions.
• Support development of program objectives for competition and pricing range; construct the contract vehicle.
• Prepare statements of work, acquisition plans, source selection plans, and solicitation documents.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Support negotiations and issue contract modifications driven by advances or updated requirements.
