Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites in Louisville is hiring a hospitality teammate to help manage the 5:30 Kickback, prepare and serve light fare, and keep the lobby and kitchen clean and organized. You will ensure food safety, stock supplies, and provide warm, friendly service to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
