Kia Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Kia Certified Automotive Technician to join our Service Department. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles with high quality workmanship, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Kia Master Technician with proven Kia diagnostic and repair experience.
• Kia dealership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Kia systems, tools, and repair procedures with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Document records of all repairs, services, and maintenance per dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and per dealership standards.
