KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager at our KFC franchise location in Vandalia, IL to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and adherence to brand standards. You’ll have pathways to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as you grow with KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in quick-service food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.50 per hour - $18.00 per hour
