KBP Foods, a KBP Brands franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager at a KFC location in Bethalto, IL. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver top-notch service during busy shifts. This is a frontline leadership role with accountability for performance, safety, and guest satisfaction.

What You Bring To The Table

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.50 per hour - $18.00 per hour
