An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Graphic Production Manager to lead their Middlestreet Graphics and Display division. To serve our internal and external customers by managing all aspects of the company’s Middlestreet Graphics and Display division to include production scheduling, graphic approval and changes, and costing so the company can meet profitability goals.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience: 5 years graphic arts production experience required; 2 years previous graphic arts management experience and digital printing equipment required; 1-3 years previous supervisory experience required.
Computer Skills: Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications & Licenses: Must be able to be trained to operate a forklift.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite; basic financial management; finishing and related equipment (e.g. cutters, plotters, laminators); graphic arts product and management. Skill in: internal customer service (external if applicable); training and coaching; budgeting for labor and other expenditures and negotiating prices; creating and developing POS materials. Ability to: train, develop, manage and lead a team; work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; adapt to change; operate a computer and finishing and related equipment (e.g. cutters, plotters, laminators); delegate; problem solve; deliver presentations to employees (customers if applicable); read and interpret financial statements, data and other information; relate to and influence employees and co-workers; manage scheduling, costing, estimating, and inventory.
