KBP Brands seeks a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced KBP Foods/KFC location in Pearland, Texas. You will supervise team members, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold safety and quality standards during all shifts.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, and flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will receive paid training, meals, and comprehensive benefits as part of our supportive team.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
