KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager at one of our KFC locations to lead a dedicated team and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

You will mentor staff, manage shift operations, handle guest issues, and contribute to a smooth, efficient dining experience. This role includes paid training, benefits, PTO, and a clear path to advancement within our growing restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
