Requirements

• Experience in supervisory role in food service or retail environment, preferably in a quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects and stand for entire shifts. Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Additional Info

Shift Manager employees are compensated based on skills and experience. Exact pay varies by location and other factors, discussed during hiring. The starting range for new hires is approximately:

• $8.00 to $20.00 per hour in most areas
• $16.00 to $17.00 in Maryland
• $15.00 to $17.00 in New York
• $17.00 to $18.00 in New York City
• $14.00 to $15.00 in Cincinnati and Toledo, OH
