Requirements

• Experience in supervisory roles in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR)
• Managers must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely

Shift Manager employees are compensated based on skills and experience, with starting pay ranging from $8.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on location. Specific rates vary by state and city, such as:

• Maryland: $16.00 - $17.00/hr
• New York: $15.00 - $17.00/hr
• NYC: $17.00 - $18.00/hr
• Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 - $15.00/hr
