Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Restaurant Team Members during their shift to ensure operational Brand standards are met and excellent guest service is delivered. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate team members through timely feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals
• Ensure Brand standards are maintained, including food and beverage preparation
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to team members
• Coach team members throughout the shift with constructive feedback
• Assist in training restaurant team members as needed
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies during the shift
• Coordinate with the next Shift Leader to ensure a smooth transition
• Ensure Food Safety standards are followed
• Manage inventory during the shift
• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members to do the same
• Schedule team members for shifts
• Manage cash over/short and ensure cash management policies are followed

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
