KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our expanding team in Michigan. You will lead a restaurant, drive profitability, manage staff, and ensure great guest experiences in a fast‑paced KFC environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility (quick service preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with quality products.

• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
