KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume KFC location in Ohio. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and implement strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our KBP Brands network.

As a GM, you will recruit and develop staff, manage costs, monitor operations, and uphold brand standards. This role offers strong growth potential and a supportive, team-oriented culture within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
