Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager
  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts biweekly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Starting ranges include:

  • Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
  • NYC: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
