KBP Brands, in partnership with KFC, is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Winchester, VA. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
