KBP Brands, part of KBP Foods, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC locations. You will lead and coach a team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and oversee daily operations with a focus on safety, food quality, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.

What You'll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
