Job summary

KBP Foods, as part of KBP Brands, operates KFC restaurants and offers a fast-paced management track with strong leadership development. This Assistant General Manager role emphasizes coaching, guest service, and daily operations oversight aimed at delivering excellent dining experiences and driving store profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of AGM experience in food service or retail, with proven P&L responsibility, and are available to close at least two nights per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for full shifts, navigate compact spaces, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach the team to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC/KBP standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
