Job summary

KBP Foods, the parent behind KFC, is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Birmingham to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, deliver outstanding guest service, and uphold brand standards.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule staff, manage labor and food costs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coach your team toward professional growth. 18+ with one year in leadership in food service preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Minimum 18 years old and available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move in a busy kitchen environment.
