Job summary

KBP Brands, the KBP Foods family of brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Lima, OH. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure outstanding guest service, and oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
