KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager at a KFC restaurant in Kansas. You will lead, train, and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while overseeing daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

You’ll work to maintain food quality standards, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability. The role offers growth opportunities through internal leadership development and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
