KBP Brands, owner of KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Chesapeake, VA. You will lead, train, and manage daily restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest service while controlling costs and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.

Bonus Program

What You'll Do As An Assistant General Manager
