KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Baraboo, WI. You will lead and coach a team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

You'll manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability and participate in training and development programs offered by KBP Brands to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
