Job summary

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. This role leads and coaches a team, ensures guest satisfaction, and oversees daily operations with a focus on profitability and standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand/walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
