Responsibilities

• Commission KeyView hardware, check connections, verify hardware signals, software and satellite transmissions.
• Provide technical advice on deficiencies for KeyView systems and communicate to rig authority.
• Troubleshoot KeyView hardware and software.
• Provide training for KeyView Specialists as needed.
• Maintain KeyView training documentation to keep information current.
• Keep accurate inventory for KeyView warehouse to ensure supply.
• Provide support in problem resolution for KeyView Field Specialists.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
