The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Grapevine, TX. You will demonstrate outstanding coaching and mentoring to lead the sales team, delivering inspirational, authentic, personalized service to meet sales and service targets.

You will also handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a smooth daily operation. Previous retail experience in prestige cosmetics is highly valued.
