Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contributions.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per visuals standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety by reporting hazards to management.
• Process register functions and ensure proper adherence.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them correctly.
