Job summary

ECCO is hiring a Third Keyholder to support the Retail Team in our California stores. You will help drive store performance by supporting the Store Manager with merchandise, inventory control, and administrative duties while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will train and coach team members, communicate goals, uphold ECCO policies, and act as a Brand Ambassador on the sales floor. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and stay organized.
• Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Act as Brand Ambassador for ECCO on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with merchandising and inventory management.
• Maintain operational and administrative excellence.

• Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures and motivate employees.
